Order confirmation and payment
Once you have added all the items to the cart and sent the order, you will receive an order confirmation on the same day. The order can be paid using the mokėjimai.lt system or by bank transfer. If you choose a bank transfer, the money must be transferred to the current account specified in the document, be sure to indicate the order number. Please pay for the goods you have ordered within 3 (three) days from the confirmation of the order. If the order is not paid within this period, it will be automatically canceled.
When ordering, be sure to provide the exact details:

We will send your order to any city in Lithuania. We send the goods by registered mail, post office or courier to your home, office or other place convenient for you, depending on the chosen delivery method.
1. Lithuanian Post
1.1. The order is delivered by Lietuvos paštas. The order is sent by registered mail. The goods are delivered by Lietuvos paštas. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. More detailed information at www.post.lt Possible delays due to disruptions in the operation of the Lithuanian Post, e.g. during the festive period. Shipments are delivered to the specified address on the working days and working hours of the Lithuanian Post. If you do not find the recipient of the parcel or if the parcel is heavier, a message will be left stating that you can pick up the parcel at the nearest city or district post office according to the delivery address specified by you.
1.2. Delivery price when sending by Lithuanian post : Orders delivered throughout Lithuania by Lithuania post are subject to a delivery fee of 2.38 Eur throughout Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit.
2. Delivery to Omniva ATM
2.1. The order is delivered to the post office, Omniva parcel service: The order is sent to the Omniva post office of your choice. Delivery time 2 – 3 working days from shipment. When the goods are delivered to the post office, the consignee is informed by a short SMS message and an e-mail. The message will contain all the information needed to pick up the parcel from the post office.
2.2. Delivery price for delivery to Omniva ATM: Orders worth 50 Eur and more are delivered to Omniva post offices operating throughout Lithuania FREE OF CHARGE. For orders with a value of less than EUR 50, a delivery fee of EUR 2.74 is applied for delivery to all Lithuanian Omniva post offices.
3. Delivery to LPexpress ATM
3.1. The order is delivered to the post office, LPexpress parcel service: The order is sent to the LPexpress ATM of your choice. Delivery time 1-2 working days from shipment. When the goods are delivered to the post office, the consignee is informed by a short SMS message and an e-mail. The message will contain all the information needed to pick up the parcel from the post office.
3.2. Delivery price for delivery to LPexpress ATM: Orders worth 50 Eur and more are delivered to LPexpress post offices operating throughout Lithuania FREE OF CHARGE. For orders with a value of less than EUR 90, a delivery fee of EUR 2.56 is applied for delivery to all Lithuanian LPexpress ATMs.
4. Home delivery throughout Lithuania by courier:
4.1. The order is delivered by a courier throughout Lithuania . The goods are delivered to the home, office or other place from 08:00 to 17:00. every working day. Delivery time is 2-3 working days from the date of shipment. Before delivering the goods, the courier will contact you with the contact phone number provided by you and warn you of your arrival. The ordered goods are returned only to the person who ordered them, unless otherwise agreed. Before accepting the shipment, check the condition of the package (it must not be opened, torn or otherwise damaged).
If the packaging is damaged, report it immediately by phone +370 68772725 and do not accept the shipment.
4.2. Delivery price by courier: 4.30 Eur delivery fee throughout Lithuania, except the Curonian Spit.
